Booking Policy

1. Please pay 100% of the room rate in advance within 3 hours from the time of successful booking. Past this time, your reservation will be converted to an unsecured reservation and the hotel will not guarantee to keep the room until the time of your check-in. Service fees incurred during the stay, you will pay at checkout.

2. After successful payment, the hotel will send your booking confirmation via email

3. In case of cancellation, the hotel will not refund or transfer the deposit. Refunds only for cancellations made 4 days in advance, cancellation must be notified in writing via email and confirmed by the hotel prior to arrival date.
